Quiet, Great Location, Huge Floorplans, Not for the Party Crowd

My wife and I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and love it. We used to live in newer, but more cramped apartments (and low quality build) filled with rowdy College students and drug dealers. This is a very quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors, most in their retirement years and beyond. Our 1 bedroom apartment is almost 1000 sq. feet and we pay no more than some living in smaller apartments in the city. Each apartment gets at least one carport space (well-lighted, included in rent) or even a garage. We have not experienced or witnessed any crime on the site.
Also BBQ'ers, you can't beat a gas grill included with the apartment hooked into the natural gas line (gas bill included in rent).
