I have lived at Regents walk for about an year and I can claim that this has been the best Apt I have ever lived in. It is no doubt an old dated complex with lot of dark wood interiors but it is very tasteful. The construction is very sturdy. Many of the residents have been living here for a very long time. The Apartments offer the best square footage to price ratio. I haven't seen any apartments bigger than this in terms of sheer size of living rooms, kitchens and closet space. The Management and Maintainence staff are professional and helpful. I never had to call twice for any maintainence issues. It gives very much House-like feeling and My wife and I absoultely love the place.
