I have lived there about a year and will be staying. There are only a few things that need to be done. The fencing all needs to be replaced, the staples have all come loose on all the ground floor units. If you live on the first floor you get a few more spiders in the rainy season but that is not a big deal either. You may hear your neighbors TV since most are older residents. Some things are worth the space and the peace and quites!
