As opposed to the peculiar experience listed on first entry, I have the totally opposite impressions of this delightful smaller complex. I learned that it's been undergoing numerous refurbishment's for many months, and the pics I was shown of the apartment For Rent was exactly what was shown. It has apartments which are highly upgraded, many with newly added wainscoting in Dining Room, several apartments have crown molding in Living Room and/or Dining Room; contrasting paint colors in Living Room and separate Dining Room, upgraded kitchens with new tiled countertops and backsplash, and new appliances; and new stylish lighting in most rooms, with new C-fans in bedrooms (at least the two nice apartments shown), and some with beautifully finished hardwood floors at ground level. Nearby open uncovered parking provides quick access. I learned, per the friendly contractor working there, that the building is built according to CLASS A standards. The basements provide some extra storage (they are intending to expand several), and coin-op laundry machines, two are new. I was also pleased to learn that they do not accept pets, which can be quite noisy or annoying at times. Restricted to non-smokers is super. As it turned out, later I found something closer to work, though not nearly as nice. Those apartments are BIG!

WOW!! What a liar. This is so obviously not a tenant review. I hate when management tries to boost their ratings by posting fake reviews. Look closely at the pics - what complex that boasts a "class A standard" fails to put vent covers up or not place floor molding all the way to the end of the hall (image 5)?
I wouldn't rent here because the management is wasting time posting fake reviews.
