We are very happy with Sheridan Ridge Townhomes. To start off, the staff is very nice and caring. They are alway very helpful and cheerful. Andrea the Assistant Manager is amazing, she is always nice to talk to and has followed through with her caring additude from the day we viewed the property to months of living here. Those who are complaining about the staff must have done something to be mistreated, because they have been amazing to us. Here is a hint, if you behave with little class, complain and act ugly all of the time then the staff prbly wont be to happy to talk to you or help you out.
The townhomes are very well kept, and maintenance does an excellent job. They even fixed our patio screen door (which our pet broke) without us even asking on a routine maintenance check! Very good service.
The townhomes are very spacious with alot of storage space. We love all of the room that we have for such an affordable price.

Seriously? Seriously? I love it when management responds to these items pretending they are tenants! People have photographs of water damage from a leaking roof, people bring this on themselves? Can you explain that??? People make the roof leak? People do a rain dance to bring on the rain? Give us a break! It's MY fault people are noisy and inconsiderate? It's MY fault there are rules that aren't enforced?! It's my fault there are problems with termites and the pest control company (if one is even called) is told not to do anything about it? "People bring these problems on themselves" is one of those catch phrases management uses. Next time when you're pretending to be an actual tenant, be a little more transparent. Okay, Andrea?
