These are the worst apartments we?ve ever experienced.

When the manager showed me the model, I thought I will move to a new palace, they told me your townhouse not ready yet but it is the same quality as the model and you can trust us. But here what I found in the real apartment

Appliances, especially heater/air-conditioner, are old, noisy, and energy inefficient. The stove doesn?t work. The Frig doesn?t keep a constant temp.
Painting very cheap and bad.
Carpet not clean, cheap and nasty color
Bugs were a problem every where.
Doors hard to open and if opened no way to close
Water leaking here and there. Numerous plumbing problems in the bathrooms Did I say they mostly happen to the pipes between the walls!!!
The bathroom shower and bath are really cheap material and hard to clean. Everything is really old and creepy. Ever since we moved in we have had allergies our whole family. Very poor air quality.
The property manager is rude and doesn?t know how to talk to tenant in a professional manner.
These are the worst apartments we?ve ever experienced.
To make things worse. They have dozens of "rules" you have to follow and ZERO customer service.
We actually "hate" this complex. It?s totally disappointing. It?s no wonder they are less than half full. This is a Horrible place. Please find another place for your own health and safety.
