Not a good option.

Be wary when they tell you, "Your home is not ready, but it will look just like this one."
It won't.
We found stained and torn carpeting, a bad paint job, very old appliances, unbelievably loud plumbing, dirty windows, broken window blinds and a musty basement.
The day we moved in, we found the basement carpet soaking wet. I assume they tried to shampoo the carpet, and left it soaked. It smells terrible. (They didn't bother to vacuum it first, there were marbles, sunflower seeds, pieces of paper, dead crickets and flakes of paint all over the wet floor.)
Read the lease carefully also. We agreed to a 7 month lease, but when they gave it to us it was actually a 9 month lease. (September 4th through May 31st) They claimed since we didn't move in on the first of September, that month didn't count as a month towards the lease. Makes sense, but they are the ones who said we couldn't move in until the 4th. We were more than ready to move in on the first. Take that away, and it's still an 8 month lease.
They will also conveniently fail to mention that there is a 60 day notice required to end your lease. If you don't give them 60 days, they renew your lease for 12 more months. Don't get trapped!
Watch your back when dealing with these people. It's a lesson I won't soon forget.
