After reading all the reviews, I realize that the people who are so "happy" here must never leave their "bug-free" apartments and walk outside and smell the garbage smell that is coming from the complex as well as the area. Also, they must never go out at night and see the the neighborhood. I?ve given up reporting things to the office because somehow it always becomes my fault. Maybe they can?t do anything about severe garbage smells surrounding the complex as well as inside it but they should tell you this before you sign your lease. The staff is rude and I know many of my neighbors wouldn?t even sign up for the pool party because we would have to see them. I can never get my mail with all the parked cars in the way but the office said it is not their fault(as usual). Parking is a nightmare. We are just counting the days till we can leave.
Also, just looking at rating the office staff in the following questionaire and it should have a minus catergory. That is where they would fall in.
