Old. Outdated. Outrageous utility bills

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The patio doors leak like crazy. The furnace is 30 years old. The place will cost you a fortune in utility bills. The parking is terrible. The kitchen is tiny and outdated. The floors squeak and are sloped. On the up side, the decks are large.
