They take forever to address any maintenance issues on the property. and when i say forever, i mean the later part of forever, not the earlier. We had a stove in our townhome that had been there since the sixties which made funny noise from the day we moved in. 6 months into our lease, they finally came and looked at it and saw frayed and exposed wires in the stove, so all of a sudden it had to be replaced. it should have been replaced and addressed before we even moved in. it took them 8 months to fix the fence. we asked them to fix it when we did our walkthru of the place before we even moved in. they assured us it would be fixed before we moved in. i don't know how many times we called in the 8 months to nag and try to get them to fix it. when we did the walkthru, the back yard had tons of garbage from the previous tenants and we asked them to clean it up before we moved in. move in date comes, garbage is still there. one thing i will say is that Alison, the lady that works in the office, is the sweetest lady, and i believe she really wants to help the tenants, but her hands are tied alot of times. thank you alison for being one of the only pleasant things about our stay at sheridan.
