We are in the next to last month of our lease. I would not recommend this complex. While the townhomes are big for the price, we've had many problems.

1) Mangement, they are unresponsive to maintaince requests and when you do make complaints they are very negative.

Also, they were not very organized when we moved in. They actually sent us to 2 apartments to look at and turns out they weren't available, they lost the leasee's renewal paperwork.

2) Parking. Management claims there are two spots to every home, not true.

3) Bugs. OMGoodness! Mgmt would not pay to have someone come in and spray. We had problems when we first moved in, so we knew it wasn't us.

4) Animals. We complained to mgmt that we pick up after our dog, but we have a family that let's their dog poop wherever. Our children like to play out front but can't. We have sent several complaints to Mgmt, with no change.

5) Safety. We have also complained to mgmt that the light in and on top of the carports aren't working. Our parking lot is pitch black. Not very safe.

6) Trash. Would would think that they would have more than 1 trash receptacle for the whole cul-de-sac. Most days it is overflowing.

7) Lawn care. would it hurt to plant some grass in the bare spots' and maybe remulch so it doesn't look so bad'

These apartments need LOTS of updates and mgmt is less than desirable. If you're willing to put up with the non-responsiveness, then there is lots of space for the money.
