I agree with other people on here they take forever to fix things and then don't even do it right. Also they don't clean anything when you move in they just paint it white. and i mean everything. they paint hinges, wood trim they even painted the sink not to mention the fact that they painted over electrical outlets and switches which made it difficult to plug things in. my worst story i when you try to leave when your lease is up they told us that all we would have to do is sign some paperwork before we vacated. what they acctually did is conveiently forgot to tell us about a 60 day writen stament from tenants and released us when 60 days before they asked if we were going to leave and we told them yes. so they tell you one thing and do another and most of the time it dosen't work out to the tenants advantage. Heed my advice stay away from Sheridan Ridge Town homes.
