We originally moved in here when it was Concorde Bridge Townhomes 3 yrs ago and were very happy until Price Management bought it and renamed it Sheridan Ridge. It went way, way downhill after that.

First, we had to live through a year of remodeling disasters. They did it as cheaply as possible - it may look nice, but it will not last. Very crappy construction all around - especially the fences and gates.

Then, when we decided to buy a house and move out, the management tried to make it as hard on us as possible - from refusing to verify our rent amount to the mortgage company to forcing us to pay for an extra months rent even though we had a month to month lease and had never been late on our rent in 3 years!

Sure, the townhouses are huge and they accept large dogs, but the parking is a disaster. Just beware of this place and look around a lot before you decide to move here.
