I lived here for close to a year. In the time I was here, Idealt with MANY problems. I will list them off.

(1) Maintenance is just shameful here. They attempt to rig everything they do. They won't truly fix anyhting here. know this in advance. Our AC has gone COMPLETELY out 5 times in the past week 1/2. They come and charge it, it lasts for 3 to 4 hours then dead. They will not replace or fix it. I have never paid this much for a place that just flat out refuses to fix things.

(2) Theft is climbing here. There has been several motorcycles stolen from this place (5 that5 I know of for sure). My roomies car has been broken into (while in its lighted covered parking spot). I have noticed shady characters hanging out more often in this area.

(3) Although the 3 bedrooms run avg. $1,100/month, you'd swear this place is turning into section 7 housing. There are so many places here that are just looking pitiful. Kids all over the place tearing stuff up. Blinds in several places are torn to shreds (this is the tenants here not the Managers fault on this one). I have been witness to MANY fights (girfriend boyfriend) yelling at crazy hours etc. Just down right white trash moving in (I say white trash but all races in regards to whom im speaking). Toys all over the sidewalks left out for days and days, beat up bikes, the trash is ALWAYS overfilled and 1/2 does not even make it into the dumpster. Its just trashy here more and more lately. Its to the point I would be VERY embarrassed to have anyone I work with over here.

(4) Rent is too high for the quality of these places!

(5) This places are OLD. Thats not a fault per se, but its something to keep in mind.

(6) LEAKS!!!!! in the first place here we were at the finished basement FLOODED EVERY TIME IT RAINED! This happened several times during our stay before they finally relocated us. The mold got so bad it was actually becoming a major health problem. This is also illegal upkeep for a place to be rented. Ask anyone here and most of them will tell you about the flooding basements MANY of us have dealt with. They never did replace the carpeting and they had a whole wall torn out for months they never came back to fix!!

The list could go on for awhile. At one point Im sure this place was nice but these days its just not the place to live. I'd look around ALOT before even stopping by here. If you do come by here, take a good look at your future neighbors and the grounds and very quickly I think you will have your mind made up to stay far from here. I know I am sure glad I am getting out of here!!!!!
