Anyone who says they like it haven't lived there long enough

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
This place is horrible. We've been living here for nearly three years and its grown worse over the years. People are moving in from Missouri and they're not exactly high class folk. Also, the office says they will send someone out to fix your things like FLOODED BASEMENT or an OVEN THAT WONT SHUT OFF, but they never do. Not unless you call them EVERYDAY FOR THREE MONTHS. It's a nightmare. We're finally getting out, but I'm sure they'll screw us with a bill for stuff that should've fixed.
