After reading the reviews on this site, I begin to wonder how these people are so embittered. I moved in early this month, and have been extremely satisfied. The townhomes are older, and normal maintenance problems are to be expected, but the staff at the office and on the maint. crew are great. I turned in my move-in sheet and had the crew there the next day to handle all of the things listed. Also, I have severe allergies, and asked to have my air ducts cleaned. I even offered to pay! (This was not discussed when I signed my lease or moved in) The office had Stematic over at my house by the end of the week! They have been especially helpful, and understanding. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I'm not sure why your experience has been so bad but I have faith that the current staff will and HAS gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Communication is important in our everyday lifes. My experience has been wonderful, so sorry your bitter!!
