Things never got better! In fact it got worse! Our toilet started leaking so we reported it to the office. It took them 4 days to get to our house and fix it. They came and left a note saying they could not find a leak. I came home 5 hours later to a "rain storm!" I had approximately 20 hols in my ceiling on the main floor and 350 gallons of water in my home. All Leslie could say was I hope you have renters insurance. I had to move out that day what little that was not ruined. I had to fil a claim with my insurance company eventhough I did everything that was asked of me as stated in my lease I am to report any problem to the office and not to fix it myself. One year and many phone calls to my insurance and insurance lawyers later I recieved my insurance deductible back aftr suing Pric Borthers Management for neglect to follow through with their end of the lease. PS I feel really bad for the poor souls who now live at 8364 carter. All they did was suck out the water and patch all the holes. No drywall was replaced, no new carpet nothing. That place is nothing but a mold infested death trap!
