i haven't had a problem with anything but parking and that's going to happen everywhere... our air conditioner broke, they replaced it the next day. we had a leak in the tub and they attempted to replace it but had to fix it instead.. our neighbors are friendly and nice and rent is reasonable for location. i don't know why people have to be so negative.. maybe it's them.. hmmm
