I've lived at Sheridan since it was Concorde Bridge, and it has improved a lot. The prices on rent have steadily gone up, but I still couldn't get this space for this price anywhere else. People complain about every little thing, but overall, life is pretty good here. My only complaint would be the office staff. In my time here I have seen at least four different managers (I've lost count) The leasing agents are ALWAYS new. We just got a new assistant manager also. Currently we've had this office staff for a couple months. Hopefully they'll stay around for a while, because it seems like things are getting done. I think that Sheridan is a fine place to live. It's no luxury, but I'm not paying luxury prices.
