I am coming to the end of my lease, and I refuse to renew. The management here is terrible. There is new staff in the office every week, and that is not an exxageration. There is a huge problem with "waterbugs" in the basement. They look like roaches to me. You have to call pest control out to remedy the problem every two weeks. The noise level is crazy. There are loud parties every weekend! There is no parking. If you want to have a parking space, my advice would be to make sure that you are home everyday by 4:00 pm. The ventillation is horrible. If you don't mind reliving your college days and getting high off of second hand weed smoke, than this may be the place for you. As for me, I have children and I'll pass! Don't bother complaining to the office, unless you have 20 official police reports--NOTHING will be done!
