I moved in December of 06 and I loved my town home I loved the managment. But every since they have switched management and they have new staff they all pretty much suck. They are rude and have no curistoy what so ever. They treat you stupid when you call down there and they say that they put notices on your door and then they "magically" disappear. And when you call to get things fixed they say well we never rcvd that phone call. I have worked in customer service and if I treated people they way they do I would of never had any customers at all. I will NEVER refer people to live here. When people say they have looked into it I tell them to look else where. If you honestly hate your job that much get a new one!!!!!

i totally agree that's why i bought a house and moved out of there. one of the reasons i moved there is the girl that showed us the townhouse was so nice. then she just disappeared and they put inconsiderate, unprofessional people there. i am SO glad i don't live there any more.

I lived at Sheridan Ridge for a couple of years. The first year I lived there it was great. Allie was WONDERFUL, thoughtful, listened to your problems and actually tried to solve them. Then management didn't think she was acceptable to "work" there. It's been down hill ever since. I moved to Georgetown Apt's and LOVE it. Gas, water and electric is all included in the rent. I pay $855 for a 2 bed room 2 bath and a huge patio almost 3 times the size as at Sheridan. The walls are very thick and I CAN'T hear my neighbor use the bathroom as I did at Sheridan. They have ALOT more to offer !!!!
