Nice place but parking is a mess

I have lived at Sheridan Ridge for about a year now. Overall I like the place. The home is big and decent condition.
Good things: Space, location, price, repairs are quick
Bad things: we didn t get new carpet on move in. After our cat peed on the carpet I wondered what the carpet was like being he had never done this in out past two apartments. When I pulled the carpet back in the corner it was COVERED IN PEE. Who ever was here before must have had a large dog. There was no way my one cat can pee a 2x4 spot solid yellow. I have learned from now on. INSIST ON NEW CARPET even if you don t have a pet
Parking: This is by far my worst complaint. Even if every unit has only 2 cars there are still not enough parking spots. If you come home after 8pm you most likely won t get a spot.
Overall I would not recommend this place as the parking is so annoying. They management needs to do something about this. The only solution would be to make more parking in grass areas as there is not enough parking for just the residents. If you don t mind walking around the building and parking on the street it may be a good fit.
