I have lived at the Sheridan Ridge townhomes for three months and have not been able to get rid of the "water bugs" that were present since the day I moved in. I have tried everything from bombs to barriers in addition to the twice a month exterminator visit and have gotten NOWHERE! The unit is large and we were able to paint which really made it feel home-y, however, all the good things about Sheridan Ridge are shadowed by the fact that I have to throw out 10-15 dead cockroaches every morning!! We maintain a very clean home....this is absolutely sick.

I agree with the previous post that you should insist on new carpet. The people before us had a dog apparent by the large amount of dog poo on our porch when we moved in (the staff had it cleaned up immediately) and the carpet in our basement has always been crunchy no matter what we do to it. There were also burn holes on the countertops and a gash in a water pipe that leaked water into the basement every time we ran the dishwasher when we moved in. The staff arranged for both repairs to be done immediately.

If you do decide to move here make sure you see your unit waaay in advance (we only saw the very nice/updated model until after we signed the lease... we were very diappointed). If they would have had everything fixed and exterminated before we moved in I would have reccomended the complex.

I have not had a problem with parking.
