I moved in 2 months ago and haven't had a lot of problems so far. We did have a few bugs in the basement but 1) what basement doesn't have some sort of bug issue' and 2) They will come as often as every 2 weeks to spray for bugs - I haven't had any issues since I started calling.

My only complaints would be that the basement walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbors easily, and the place is older so it has some issues with squeaky floors and noisy faucets.

Overall though, I really like the location, the neighborhood was a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be, and the people here are pretty nice.
