The office staff is unpleasant to deal with in any situation and they will find any excuse to not only keep your deposit upon moving out, but to also charge you more. The staff is very rude and they don't care about any of the people living there.
As for the townhome, the walls are very thin so you can easily hear your neighbors. The carpet is dingy, the lighting is dim and some of the plug-ins don't work. The railing for the stairs is like something you would see on an outside back porch.
