When I first moved into Signature Place Apartments the property was outstanding and the management staff was very professional. Unfortunately, the original manager took a position with another complex and since then, the property has not been kept up as it use to be. There is always trash laying around the property, carports are leaning and look like they are going to collapse, and the buidings have not been high pressured cleaned in years nor repainted to update the appearance of the property. It's virtually impossible to complain to anyone about these issues because the manager of the property is the daughter of a woman who runs the management company for the property. To add to the madness, the assistant manager is the husband of the manager. Also, there has been a lot of drug activity on this property that has gone unattended. When the management staff is seen running the property late at night completely out of it themselves, then approaching the issue would be like the pot calling the kettle black. The management staff needs to call Nicole, the previous manager, and ask her to come back. She was an excellent property manager who maintained professionalism and she ensured that each need was addressed. If I were not in a lease, I would move. The property just continues to go down hill.
