signature place is such bull@#%$ they all talk about one and only one person and thats some guy who drives a blue truck i dont think 5 individual people can all think the same thing. Everyone of the stories are exactly the same and in one of the other reviews someone mentioned criminals living on the property but the other reviews denied all that but the office people allowed a sex offenfer to live on the property why aernt they doing background on all of these people this means they could care less about you or your loved ones because everyday there is a sex offender around these so called professional office staff is puting you and your loved ones at risk. so good luck and i dont recomend this property to my worst enemy. and why dont the office people be a little bit more enviormet frindly and quit being note nazis in other word quit puttin notes on every bodies door every fricken day and learn how to use spellcheck but you guys are provably too worried about screwing somebody out of every $$$$$$$ you possiby can to support the office staffs every day drus habits
