The negative review was written by a the same disgruntled ex-tennant who has no life and obviously cannot spell to save his or her life. Signature place is a nice place to call home. The staff and maintenance crew are professionals who care about the tennants. I have never had any problems with them or anyone else here. I have lived here for a year now and I will renew my lease. The only druggie is the one leaving the fake bad reviews on this site. Ignore him or her they are obviously stoned or stupid or both. This place is home sweet home to me and my family.
