I have never lived at Signature Place Apartments. Looking at these reviews I've noticed that the majority of the negative reviews are written in the same voice using the same syntax. It doesn't take a scholar to notice the lack of punctuation as well as not knowing how to spell common words. Sure...a few of your own little typing habits are fine...I like ellipsis (...) but if I were to write a lot of negative reviews of something and try to pass it off as different people having a negative experience...I'd have different people who actually had bad experiences type it. I actually want to give good ratings to this place to make up for the bunk bad ones, but I'll just leave it all at 3. One more ellipsis ... ok.

I am probably sure that you have never actually seen this place, but ever since Capret took over, things just went downhill. The new office manager has dumped most of the buget into decorating the pool with palmtrees that are never going to survive. They had them placed in small boxes that will not allow the roots to grow. If you took the time to actually see everything that is going on and talk to alot of the people living here, you would notice that this crew sucks compared to the old staff.
