I moved out of Signature Place this month after 4 years there. The first two years were nothing but great. The management staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Nicole, manager at that time, was fantastic. She met all of our needs and made a point to say hi and make conversation when she saw us on the property.

After three years in one apartment I moved to another apartment in the complex. The transition, under new management, was awful. There was so much confusion about who was moving when and where. They were very uncooperative with us throughout the whole process.

The first apartment had new carpet, new paint and freshly cleaned. The 2nd apartment wasn't in great condition. The neighbors below us lived in a cloud of illegal smoke and there were no signs of management handling the situation.

The home-y feeling I had the first 2 years consistently went downhill the last two years and I see no signs of improvement. I'm glad I got out when I did.

"A cloud of illegal smoke" and the manager did nothing about it? Maybe you should have just minded your own business, then it wouldn't have been such a problem.
