I currently live in these apartments and I love them. Until I am ready to buy a home I do not see myself leaving. I think the apartments are cute, and they came with new appliances, carpet, and paint. At my 1 year mark they provided encintives to re-new the lease. I was offered 5 things and could choose 2. I got my carpets cleaned for free as well as had a ceiling fan put in my dining room. I feel like the staff is friendly and all maintenance requests are handled promptly. I have no problems with bugs or neighbors. I think the grounds are very clean and well maintained. I strongly suggest that you look at these apartments and decide for yourself. I was suprised by any negative reviews because I can not find one bad thing to say.
