I was going to move after hearing that the property had new people in the office. I just found the time to go into the office myself and found that they were nice, understanding, and took time to listen to my concerns. They sent over a maintenance man the next day and he took care of each concern I had. I have since signed a new extended lease and believe that the new people have made a difference.
