I have lived here for 3 years. I will agree that the new staff is not as openly friendly, but they have never been rude and have ALWAYS taken care of every request I have had. I NEVER hear my neighbors and feel it is a very safe place to live, I am not scared at all to be out late walking my dog or coming in from a late night out. If anything I feel like some of the trashier tenants that used to live there have moved out, and I dare say the person who wrote this review should move out too, we don't need people like him/her in our community. It is a nice quiet well hidden community in and I suggest you at least drive through and chat with the staff before you take this bone heads word. If you have live in any other apartments in Johnson County I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

You sound like an office worker. They would say nasty things about thier residents.

Yeah, this is an office worker leaving a fake review, no tenant here would give the incompetent office staff here such a nice review.

I have been here a many years. The office staff is constantly changing. We have no consistancy. A neighbor had his apartment flooded due to a drainage problem. The place was under several inches of water and the staff did not consider the situation an emergency. Overall, I would move out if I had the money for the move.
