My wife and I just moved here from out of town for my job. I am so happy, after searching for two full days, that we chose this place. This was the only place that gave a feeling of safety and privacy. Also, compared to the several other places we looked at, this place is definitely the most appealing. Our apartment was in good shape when we moved in, and we are very happy here.

I am glad to see that someone finally agrees with me. I love this place and I hope you do as well. I have had no problems at all like some of the others who have complained on this site. I actually went to the office on Tuesday evening with a simple repair request and it was done first thing Thursday morning (the office was closed Wed. for the 4th). Also, my rent has not gone up in 2 years. I hope you enjoy your new home in K.C.
