I have lived here for five plus years now. This complex used to be the best in town, untill Capri bought them out. Now it isn't worth it anymore. Other then the blonde girl the office staff is rude and stuck up. The lights around the pool area are burned out causing a crime and safety hazard and the so called maintenence does nothing about it. The 24 hour office is locked up when the office staff leaves despite the fact it's supposed to stay open 24 hours a day seven days a week. Maintenence is a joke, good luck getting anything fixed. Sure they slapped a fresh coat of pain on the place and added some nice scenic touches but thats it. The equipment in the gym and office areas are the same old equipment. Sure the management said they were replacing it, but they have lied before, remember the 24 hour office. The moment your lease comes up they will jack the rent up through the roof so in the end you pay for all of the cosmetic touches. The only notice we got for the recent repaving job was a maintenance man knocking on the door early in the morning telling you to move the car. No note no nothing from the office, typical capri mismanagement for ya. I used to love it here, now I'm getting out before the new mismanagement totally runs the place into the ground. Don't rent here, this place is going to hell in a handbasket. Take the word from a long term tennant who is saddened by the whole situation. I miss the old management, they did a great job running the place, I will never rent from capri ever again.

Nice resolution to the problem Brandon. Maybe you should get a application it sounds like you guys have the same way of thinking.
