All I know is now that the old Ogar Manager is gone...everything is running much smoother. I was scared for a while there. Now there's an awesome staff in the office. They actually put feet to their words. Unlike last summer when everything seemed so dramatic and insane. Now I know when I go to the office, the staff care about what I have to say, and get stuff done. I love living here! It's very peaceful. The apartments are so nice, and the maintenance is great.

The office manager apparently wrote this about herself because that IS A JOKE. The office staff is RUDE and not polite by any means especially the new chinese girl. I believe that there is no way a REAL RESIDENT posted this because as you have seen with past posts, the office staff is a JOKE!

I agree, I can guarantee that is was the leather face in the office that wrote this. The office staff has gotten worse, who are they fooling? They have promised my my new blinds for over 2 months now.

I thought the same exact thing as Anonymous & idonotlike...Staff is horrible. Not friendly and not helpful. I feel like an inconvenience any time I need to talk to them.

If you consider going from grossly incompetent to just incompetent a step up, then this review is spot on. However the Capri mismanagement is a joke. Signature place has gone from a well ran and maintained complex to a complex in decline.
