I am new to the area, and I had to decide what complex to move to without seeing anything before hand. I made my decision by looking at pictures online and looking at this website. This complex had one of the best ratings in the general area and looked pretty good online. I am very happy I chose Signature because so far my stay has been a good one. The office personel that I have met so far have been very professional (definitely not intoxicated). Honestly, it helps when people talk about the complex itself and don't waste everyones time talking about, what appears as, personal issues. I reccomend this complex to anyone interested.

Give it time, your thoughts will change once you see how grossly inept the mismanagement is. The complex is very nice, but in truth thats no thanks to the new owners. Capri has mismanaged this place from the start and this complex is in decline. Once you have had a chance to deal with the mismanagement here you will not recommend this place to anyone.
