this was a horid first impression. we went to look at these apartments and the young leasing agent told us she was the only one there today and we would have to come back to see an apartment. i told her i took the day off work to look at different apartments, but she didn't seem to care. she wasn't friendly and didn't offer any info. about the apts. it just seemed that she wasn't interested at all in providing quality customer service!

sounds like what we deal with as residents. They truly dont care. If you talked to the blonde bimbo. S******* all she cares about is her wedding. Everytime I go into the office, that is all she is talking about. She is not focused on provding us, as customers what we need

they're busy sometimes. they have appointments. you need to get over it.
