JUCCO'' Your fictional roommate is just that fictional.. No one that would go to JOHNSON COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE would call it JUCCO... IT's JOCO.. Mornon at least get the college right before you post untrue information. Nicole is awesome.. I wish you wouldn't have fired her..I talked to her originally too when I moved in.. I'm sad they didnt' replace you with her.. At least she could answer questions correctly the first time around.. The only reason you posted this Jennifer is because the VP of Carpriet received a complaint about you.. TRY AGAIN!!! But guess what, he couldn't even respond to the complaint.. BAD BAD Management!!! Does anyone honestly believe people come here to write that' NO WAY, they come here to warn others what kind of disaster they are about to sign themselves up for..

And now you're writing falsified information' That's just low.. Maybe if instead of spending your time writing an untrue report about fictional characters you'd spend your time taking care of your residents people wouldn't have to write how horrible Signature Place is.. Look at the vacancy.. Half of the apartments don't have tenants.. You don't have to be a genius to figure that one out.. In between kicking everyone out, and having horrible staff no one wants to live there..

Wrong. JCCC is often referred to as JUCO short for JUnior COllege. To be perfectly honest Jennifer is the best manager that Capreit has sent here, the rest were grossly inept and incompetent. I have lived here for 7 years now. I do miss Premeir. Nichole, Sara and the rest were awesome. Capreit really screwed themselves when they fired the old staff. However at least Jennifer will work with you and actually listens to the tenants, unlike her predecessors who didn't give a rats ass about anything except themselves and that paycheck. No one here was sad when they got fired.
