I can't believe that they have made Jennifer our new manager. We would be better off without one at all. She is RUDE and condiscending and thinks that the world revolves around her. When you ask her for something, she is not confident in her answers that is IF she can even give an answer. She cant have much experience because she never knows a single answer to anything I ask!! This is ridiculous and I am not staying. Just gave my notice and I am leaving! Thank God! I asked for my carpets to be cleaned if I renewed and she freaked out like I was asking to have them replaced. You would think they would be happy to clean the carpets for us since it is protecting their investment! There are so many great deals out there at this time of year. Don't settle for this place or you will be sorry and pissed off like the rest of these people. I give them a thumbs DOWN! Whoever or whereever capreed is... they need to evalute their property. It is going down hill SO FAST and they keep making mistake after mistake in their choices!

hey cindygrl, I wish they would come back too! the management of this complex has really been horrible since they left. I'm still here, but only because I have to be.

I agree that she is trying to kick everyone out. I was told that my rent was going to go up $70 from what it is now when I resign the lease so I sent my notification to vacate. Then when I asked about it again from another girl she had no idea why the rent had been raised that much...I'm not sure if it was a mistake, but you would think that you would know enough about your property and tenants (or maybe even LOOK at the records) to know when you are trying to get them to sign a lease and pay that much more. Then there is the dog thing...I clean up after my dog but when he pees it kills the grass. They asked us to keep it clean but what am I supposed to do? Follow him with a cup and catch the pee? Also...I just moved from a different state and did not realize that having a grill when you live in an apartment was against the law or whatever (I saw several people with them). I know it was in the lease but after waiting for 3 days and sleeping in a U-haul and hotels I was just ready to get into the apartment and did not read the lease to the full extent. Anyway, it would have not been a big deal that they just took our grill and cooler but the fact that they did not give any notification that they were going to do so pissed me off. I mean, they give notifications about everything else, don't they? They are always sticking stuff in my door. Then when I called about it they said "Oh yeah, we were going to bring that stuff back but we forgot." Then I asked them to have it back by Friday because we were going out of town and they agreed to have it back by then and did not. When we finally got everything back the brush to clean the grill was missing the string to hang it on the grill, the charcoal had just been thrown in the cooler which still had water in it, and the grill was covered with mud. I guess they wanted to make a point, but those were our personal belongings and they should have at least given notification that they would be taking our stuff.

I'm sorry to hear Anonymous! Know your Landlord Tenant Law.. http://legal.respond.com/stateguides/1800000004/KS/Legal/Ka They can't take your stuff!!! That is STEALING!!! Unless it specifically says they can remove your property in your lease without notice they CAN"T do that!!! Why do you think they returned it??? Because they had no right taking it in the first place!!!! Jennifer's stupidity just continues to AMAZE me.. I wonder if her boss knows what stupid, stupid things she is doing!!!
