I have just moved here and I love my apartment. My roommate also likes our place too, she is going to school at JUCCO and it is right down the street for her. As far as the staff in the office goes, I had a little trouble with my move in, Nicole is the person I originally talked to...when I was waiting to hear back, I did call the office and Jennifer had picked up and was willing to answer my questions since I guess Nicole was off that day. I had some things that needed to be fixed when I moved in and they had someone come in right after I turned in my checklist that they offered to me to write down everything that I felt needed to be fixed. It was very smooth and easy for me...since I ABSOLUTELY HATE moving! I feel that if I do have anything else that happens I can call and get things taken care of...

Right the management wrote this.. No one comes here and posts things like that, they come here to warn others before moving in.. The only reason this was written was because the VP at Carpreit was notified of Jennifer's lazyness!!!! Try again Jennifer!!!

LOL! This one is so funny to me because Johnson County Community College is not that close to Signature Place! Great review office staff!!! This place is a joke, and Jennifer you are PATHETIC!!! PLEASE LEAVE!!!

JCCC is a ten minute drive from here. Of all the Capreit Managers Jennifer is actually trying to make a difference. Things have improved since she took over from the two incompetents that Capreit fired.
