I have lived at Signature Place over a year now. I will be moving out as soon as my thirty days is done. The new manager has been nothing but rude to our family. You can hear the highway traffic at night and it has a tendency to keep you up. Every month we would recieve a letter stating we either over paid or under paid. When we approached them with the contract they stated oops we made a mistake sorry you owe us more a month. The manager also said I didn't know I had to tip toe around you as a resident. How rude! Customer Service is not high on their priority list although there are a few nice people that still work there. Also if you ever have a bug problem don't bother calling if you want it taken care of. (Especially on the weekends)

The exact same thing happened to me. One month I had a credit the next I was threatened with eviction over $5.00! I write the check for the same amount every month.

I have heard several people are getting out of here so maybe they will get the point. I brought 2 people here as we were relocated from out of state. I referred them and I never received my $600 referral credit. This place is a joke and I have been here long enough. I wonder if they realize after so many increases it is almost cheaper to buy. I can rent a house for what I pay here. I thought it was funny when I went next door on all sides of this place they are 2-300 higher here than anywhere else for a 2 bedroom I pay 1000. When I advised the management staff of this they said the market research indicates the rent amount and that the places around here are not in their market or their competition. I guess that would make since if I were from the same planet as the space case that I spoke with. She is now gone by the way. It seems the batteries in my remote control last longer than the average employee here. Good help is hard to find I guess. It not like there are many people looking for jobs right now right? LOL. Also we have seen several Brown Recluse Spiders in our unit. It seems like it just got bad in the last few weeks but a girl in building 14 has said they have been bad for a while. I had one crawl out of my wife???s shoe the other day. These spiders are bad and they can do some real damage so be advised to check your shoes and sheets if you stay here. Well enough ranting as it will get me nothing as always. I just hope the next person that comes along can at least know what is going on before they sign on the dotted line.
