I used to live at Signature Place. I moved out a few months ago...THANK GOD!!!! The office staff is sooooooooo rude I can't even begin to explain! There is dog feces everywhere, and they do nothing about it! When I had a major maintenance issue, it was handled very poorly and I was honestly worried I had mold in my apartment! Signature Place backs up to Whispering Hills which is in other words TRASH...half of Signature Place's apartments look right at it! The manager herself is probably the most unprofessional, ghetto, little girl I have ever encountered in my entire life!!! She has a major attitude problem, and obviously has no experience being a manager. Capreit should be ashamed for placing such an ignorant little girl as the manager. Oh by the way, when you call to speak with her, she'll have her equally rude office girls make up an excuse for her and ignore your calls. So... unless you want to be treated like *#&%, and be completely neglected, do not live here.

I agree 100% with this post as I think that they MADE A HUGE MISTAKE with that little Jennifer girl. She should be a manager in the projects and not here. She is ghetto in every sense of the word and is rude to all of us like we don't even matter to her paycheck. Well we should because I am sure that if we weren't paying our rent, she wouldn't be getting paid. She does NOTHING about how much slacking the maintenance men do. She does NOTHING about how people speed threw the property. She noes NOTHING about the trash all over the complex. Plain and simple, SHE DOES NOTHING!
