I've lived here for over 2 years and I couldn't be more pleased. The girls in the office are always so helpful and the manager Jennifer does a great job.
First off, this website is called "Apartment" ratings not "Staff" ratings. I find it very appaling that people take the time to judge and bash the people that work in the office. Get a life...seriously. This is a great community and a great location and the staff has always gone out of their way to make it a nice place to live.
To those of you who will have responses to this (because I know there will be many) NO, I do not work here...I am just a happy resident who feels they deserve some credit.

Yes Jennifer or whichever staff member you are...you are going to receive a lot of responses! Talk about getting a life! What's funny about your response is you say this isn't about the staff but yet that's all you talked about in YOUR review?? By the way, office and maintenance play a huge role in mine and everyone else who rents an apartment's renting experience. So when the office is impossible to communicate with, inexperienced and extremely rude, your damn right I'm gonna warn anyone I can. I moved out soley because of the staff!

I agree with the poster above. The biggest part of the rating process is the staff. Anyone can judge the facilities just by walking through. Judging the staff takes time and experience with them. As a former resident, I put in the time and had the experience to know that the staff was/is not professional and do not take the job seriously. The office routinely closes before posted office hours say that it should. Renter beware.

I totally agree with the above comment. How can one rate an apartment community without addressing the competency of the staff? I don't live at Signature Place (nor do I work there), so I can't judge whether the office staff are professional or competent. I know that any complex is only as good as it's employees and if the "front line" people are absent and difficult to communicate with, it doesn't matter how nice the apartments are, how pretty the landscaping is, etc.
