I have lived in Signature Place Apartments for a year and a half now and yes there has been a lot happening. New staff changes and stuff but whatever. I stumbled onto this site on accident while looking for another apartment (yes, i am moving but to a bigger place).

This complex has its ups and downs and but so do other complexes. It's not brand new so things do need repaired. I had a leak in my kitchen sink pipes when I first moved in. The maint. guys go to it in a couple of days which wasn't a problem since I didn't have my dishes unpacked yet. Also, I have vaulted ceilings and have to have the guys come out and change bulbs or smoke detector batteries for me. I don't expect them to drop everything they're doing and run to my apartment for a light bulb but they always get to it in a day or two. Walls have never crumbled, ceilings have never caved. Occassionally I can hear neighbors but nothing major. Structurally the place seems pretty sound and we've never had any major break-ins or dangerous activity.

The grounds always look great to me considering there is a lot of flowers and grass to keep up with and as long as pet owners pick up after their dogs, its pretty nice for the area. I know it sucks becasue I have a big dog but that is part of the responsibility of having pets. Speaking of which, I have never had a problem with the owning my dog. There is no weight limit which is what really got me to lease. That and the off leash dog park is really something you don't see a lot. Plus the alarms are a great accessory which make me feel safe.

I would recommend Signature Place Apartments for my friends who are looking for an apartment. Nevermind what others say about the staff, you don't have to live in the office.
