Water off so much in DEC 2002....We deserve compensation off our rent.

There is an employee in the office who needs to adjust her condecending tone.

Maintance has been very reactive for the most part to my requests.

However, my biggest complaint is for the 8-10 or so days in Dec the hot water has been shut off in December I believe it is absurd that we are not offered compensation off our rent.
