I have lived at Skyler for several years. The apartments near Metcalf are very noisy from traffic so I moved to a different building. In any of them, you always hear your upstairs neighbors walking and the noise from the hallway. There is a terrible lack of storage space in these apartments. The shared laundry space is inadequate for the buildings. They are slow to respond to maintenace requests, but eventually do respond - but don't always fix unless nagged. I'd give the place a "fair" rating. I've been in better, I've been in worse. Generally speaking, it still beats maintaining a home. Rents are too high given that you get worn out carpet and unpainted stairwells.
