This complex is junk.

My first MONTH! living here my car was broken into twice!! Its a haven for crime because all the street and parking lot lights are burnt out.

Have something broke' Dont expect maintenance to fix it any time soon. I have one toilet and it was not flushing, so my human waste was building up rather quickly. 2 days and 4 phone calls later they showed up.

Rent is VERY expensive. You can go anywhere else in town and get a better deal. The apartments are not worth the price, believe me.

There is NO room to park, I always have to park at least two buildings away from where I live.

Its often noisy. The neighbors are rude and the office management could care less.

There is very poor insulation and circulation. When its a beautiful 60 degree day I have my air conditioner on because the lay out of the apartment circulates NO AIR. So dont expect a cheap electric bill..all year round.

This place is crap. over priced, not secure and worthless. Save yourself before you suffer like me.
