I lived in Skyler Ridge for 2 years. My apartment was great. The management pays for most of the utilities and my electric bill was only $40/mo. I moved a few months ago, but I miss the area out there so much. Everything is very convenient, you are close to everything! The staff was great, they always helped whenever they could. It seems that some of these people who made comments have a bad attitude because they didn't get their way. I have referred several friends to Skyler Ridge and they love it as well. The price is much more reasonable than most in Overland Park. The apartments are older, but very well maintained. I would definately live there again.
