we have lived at Skyler Ridge for a year now and are renewing our lease this month. We have enjoyed it very much. It is very central to shopping and many jobs. It is quiet with lots of trees. The parking can get tough sometimes so I recomend renting a covered spot. The staff is all very friendly. All utilities except power are paid including hot water. There is lots of shade and it backs up to a nice neighborhood.
